A new UTAS firearm is warranted only to the original retail purchaser for one year from date of purchase. This warranty applies only if the firearm was purchased from an authorized UTAS dealer.

UTAS will, at its option, repair or replace, without charge, any UTAS firearm that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship. Parts and labor are included. Repairs are warranted for the duration of the original warranty. If UTAS replaces a firearm under this warranty, you will receive a new one-year warranty.

To Obtain Warranty Service Ensure that the firearm is completely unloaded. Do this by visually and physically checking both the chamber and the magazine. It is both dangerous and illegal to ship a loaded firearm. You should call UTAS for assistance if for any reason the gun cannot be completely unloaded prior to shipping.

Before sending the gun, you must first obtain a Return Authorization number. To obtain this number UTAS-USA customer service department at (847) 768-1011 or for international warranty repair call UTAS in Antalya, Turkey at +90 242 323 37 37 for instructions.

For U.S. shipping put your firearm in the original box, if you still have it. If you do not have the original box, it is best to ship the gun, assembled, in a hard gun case.

Put a letter in the box describing the problem you are having. Be sure to include your name, address, and daytime phone number. Insure the package for the replacement value of the gun and ship the package to the address below:

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by 1) misuse or accidents; 2) failure to provide proper care or maintenance; 3) failure to comply with instructions in the manual; 4) normal wear and tear; 5) rust or corrosion; 6) obstructions in the barrel. This warranty does not cover any claims made by the second or subsequent owner of any UTAS product.

ANY UNAUTHORIZED ALTERATION OR MODIFICATION OF THE FIREARM WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY. UTAS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLAIMS INVOLVING THIS FIREARM THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF FAULTY, NON-STANDARD, REMANUFACTURED OR RELOADED AMMUNITION.IN NO EVENT SHALL UTAS BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Within the United States, some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
UTAS does not authorize any dealer or any other person to vary the terms of this warranty or to make any other express warranties.
